Football Recap: Summit Christian Academy Comes Up Short

Summit Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat dating back to last season. They were outmatched by the Hominy Bucks and fell 48-12. The Eagles were not able to make up for their loss to the Bucks from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

Although Summit Christian Academy took the loss, they still got scores from Jonathan Logan and Evan Hash.

Summit Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Hominy, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Summit Christian Academy will face off against rival Afton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Hominy is set to challenge their familiar foe Ketchum at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
