Baseball Recap: Lincoln Comes Up Short

After soaring to 17 runs the game before, Lincoln was a bit more limited in their game on Tuesday. They took a 4-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the North Dallas Bulldogs. The Tigers have struggled against the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive lost meeting.

Lincoln's loss dropped their record down to 4-9. As for North Dallas, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 12-8 record this season.

While Lincoln had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
