Basketball Recap: Lawrence Takes a Loss

Lawrence was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a 51-37 bruising from the Methuen Rangers. The Lancers were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Rangers earlier this season, when they won 61-39.

Lawrence's loss dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Methuen, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 3-11.

Looking ahead, Lawrence will host Haverhill at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Methuen, they will venture away from home to take on Whittier RVT at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday.
