Softball Recap: Hickman County Falls to Lewis County in First Game of Season

Hickman County had to start their season on the road on Monday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They came up short against the Lewis County Panthers, falling 8-2. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it 17 in a row.

Lewis County's victory bumped their record up to 2-0-1.

Looking ahead, Hickman County will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against Santa Fe at 5:00 p.m. As for Lewis County, they will venture away from home to take on Zion Christian Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
