After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Plenty Coups, Reed Point/Rapelje was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They walked away with a 38-31 victory over the Absarokee Huskies. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 40-31 back in January.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Reed Point/Rapelje to victory, but perhaps none more so than Rylie Tinsley, who posted 11 points. Beau Hertweck was another key player, putting up eight points.

Reed Point/Rapelje's win bumped their record up to 6-13. As for Absarokee, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-14.

Looking ahead, Reed Point/Rapelje won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Bridger/Belfry at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Absarokee does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
