Recap: Vail Christian Saints vs. Soroco Rams
The Vail Christian Saints posted their biggest win yet this season on Saturday. They were the clear victor by a 58-33 margin over Soroco. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win Vail Christian has posted against Soroco since January 18, 2018.
Jack Pryor was the offensive standout of the game as he scored 19 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Asher Leonard, who scored nine points.
The victory makes it two in a row for Vail Christian and bumps their season record up to 4-5. As for Soroco, their loss dropped their record down to 2-7.
Vail Christian will be playing at home against South Park at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Soroco, they will head out on the road to square off against De Beque at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. De Beque presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Soroco in Colorado (De Beque is ranked 134th, while Soroco is ranked 303rd).
