Softball Recap: St. Thomas Aquinas Comes Up Short

St. Thomas Aquinas came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Coral Springs Charter Panthers, falling 16-2. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Raiders of the 2-1 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in March of 2024.

Victoria Brunette was cooking despite her team's loss, getting on base in all three of her plate appearances with two RBI.

St. Thomas Aquinas now has a losing record of 11-12. As for Coral Springs Charter, the victory (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 18-3.

As of now, neither St. Thomas Aquinas nor the Panthers have any future games scheduled.
