There's no place like home for Inderkum, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They had just enough and edged out the Bella Vista Broncos 5-4. This was a revenge game for the Tigers: when they faced off against the Broncos last Tuesday, they had to take a 6-2 loss.

Inderkum got a great performance from Alton Lee as he pitched 4.2 innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off one hit. That's the fewest hits Lee has allowed since back in February.

At the plate, Inderkum's victory was truly a team effort as three different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Max Montilla, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI. Jaylen Dawson was another, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with one stolen base and one RBI.

Inderkum's win bumped their record up to 6-7. As for Bella Vista, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-7 record this season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Inderkum beat Bella Vista by a score of 1-0 later that day.
