Volleyball Recap: Ingalls Continues Home Dominance on Tuesday

There's no place like home for Ingalls, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Minneola Wildcats on Tuesday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Bulldogs also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

The 2-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Ingalls was: they took both sets by at least 14 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-11.

Olivia Stein paced Ingalls' offense, picking up nine kills. Stein got some help from Jill Shmeeckle and her ten assists. Stein was also solid from the service line: she led the team with seven aces.

Ingalls pushed their record up to 15-1 with the win, which was their 17th straight at home dating back to last season. As for Minneola, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-10-2.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Ingalls is set to challenge their familiar foe Ashland on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Minneola will square off against rival Satanta on Tuesday.
