Softball Recap: Carson Comes Up Short

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Carson's offense. They came up short against the South Rowan Raiders on Tuesday, falling 14-0. The Cougars haven't had much luck with the Raiders recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Carson's defeat dropped their record down to 4-13. As for South Rowan, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-6 record this season.

Coincidentally, Carson and South Rowan will both be playing Lake Norman Charter the next time they take the field. The Cougars will host the Knights at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, while the Raiders will host them at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
