Preview: White House-Heritage Patriots vs. Liberty Creek Wolves
White House-Heritage has enjoyed a four-game homestand but will soon have to dust off their road jerseys. They will challenge the Liberty Creek Wolves at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. White House-Heritage has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
White House-Heritage scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Cheatham County Central 65-38 at home. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win White House-Heritage has posted since December 19, 2023.
White House-Heritage got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Noah Green out in front who scored 17 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Pryce Payne, who scored 15 points along with two steals.
Meanwhile, after a string of three wins, Liberty Creek's good fortune finally ran out two weeks ago. They took a 54-48 hit to the loss column at the hands of Westmoreland.
White House-Heritage's win bumped their record up to 12-7. As for Liberty Creek, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-6.
White House-Heritage came up short against Liberty Creek when the teams last played on January 5th, falling 49-42. Can White House-Heritage avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
