With a playoff win on the line, St. Anne-Pacelli rose to the challenge on Friday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Brookstone Cougars. The victory was familiar territory for the Vikings, who have now won seven matches in a row.

St. Anne-Pacelli found their leader in sophomore Allie Vickery, who had 16 digs and four assists.

St. Anne-Pacelli was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 12 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least eight aces in three consecutive matchups.

St. Anne-Pacelli's win bumped their record up to 33-9. As for Brookstone, they moved to 27-7 with that loss, which also ended their eight-match winning streak.

St. Anne-Pacelli wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-1 victory against Tallulah Falls on the 11th. Brookstone does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
