Soccer Recap: Fresno Christian Takes a Loss

Fresno Christian was the 6-0 winner over Tranquillity when they last played one another back in May of 2021, but their luck changed this time around. The Eagles lost 8-1 to the Tigers on Monday. Fresno Christian were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 4-1.

Their goal came courtesy of Jack Antonsen, which was the first he's scored this season.

Fresno Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Tranquillity, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Fresno Christian didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 7-2 loss against Firebaugh on the 9th. As for Tranquillity, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next match, an 11-1 victory against Sierra on the 9th.
