Volleyball Game Preview: Vallejo Redhawks vs. Bethel Jaguars

Vallejo is 0-10 against Bethel since September of 2017 but things could change on Friday. The Redhawks will be playing in front of their home fans against the Jaguars at 5:30 p.m.

On Wednesday, Vallejo didn't have quite enough to beat Swett and fell 3-2.

Vallejo took a 2-1 lead headed into the fourth set, but sadly they lost the next two. The match finished with set scores of 25-0, 0-25, 0-25, 25-0, 15-0.

Meanwhile, Bethel came tearing into Wednesday's match with nine straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They put the hurt on the Red Devils with a sharp 3-0 victory.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Bethel took every set by at least 12 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-8, 25-12, 25-13.

Vallejo's defeat dropped their record down to 5-10. As for Bethel, their win bumped their record up to 14-4.
