Baseball Recap: Liberty Takes a Loss

Liberty was the 4-1 winner over WestSide when they last played one another last Wednesday, but their luck changed this time around. The Raiders took a 5-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Renegades on Monday. The matchup marked the Raiders' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

This is the second loss in a row for Liberty and nudges their season record down to 5-5. As for WestSide, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-8.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Liberty will host Van at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for WestSide, they will be playing at home against Tug Valley at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
