Spring Grove added to the longest winning streak in York-Adams 1 this week by beating Northeastern, 42-19. The victory was the fourth in a row for the team.
Spring Grove took down the Bobcats 42-19 last week, the largest margin of any game.
Breaun Randle was a beast in the backfield as Central York bested Dover.
Blake Cahill threw for 168 yards and 3 touchdowns. He was 8-15 with 0 interception.
Cahill put up the best numbers through the air as Red Lion beat Kennard-Dale. Cahill's favorite target this week was Kenny Holloway, who caught 2 passes for 69 yards.
6-foot-5 quarterback Cahill of the Lions is the league leader in passing yards this season with 720. He has also thrown 7 touchdowns. The leading receiver in the league this season is Malik Lewis. The Dallastown star has 21 catches for 433 yards.
Next week's game between Red Lion and William Penn will feature a good passing match up as Cahill will test his arm against Dmontie Shaw's defensive ability.
At the moment, the Panthers are in fourth, while Russ Stoner's team is in first.
The Rockets led the league in scoring this week by notching 42 points on Northeastern.
