In what's become a running theme this season, Wolcott RVT gave their fans yet another huge victory on Wednesday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Bassick Lions a 20-0 shutout. The win was familiar territory for Wolcott RVT who now have five in a row.

Wolcott RVT got a massive performance out of Meghan McKearney, who scored three runs and stole two bases while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances. McKearney is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now stolen at least one in the last four games she's played. Another player making a difference was Lilian Walker, who scored two runs and stole two bases while getting on base in all three of her plate appearances.

Wolcott RVT's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-5. As for Bassick, they haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-8.
