Softball Recap: DeLaSalle Takes a Loss

If DeLaSalle was riding high fresh off their 7-0 takedown of Highland Park on Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Islanders lost 14-1 to the St. Agnes Aggies on Saturday. The loss continues a trend for the Islanders in their meetings with the Aggies: they've now lost four in a row.

DeLaSalle now has a losing record of 3-4-1. As for St. Agnes, their victory was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 7-1.

Coming up, DeLaSalle will challenge Minneapolis Southwest at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for St. Agnes, they will square off against Highland Park at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
