Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only South Johnston walked away with it. They never let the Richlands Wildcats get on the board and left with a 5-0 win on Thursday. Winning may never get old, but the Trojans sure are getting used to it with their 22nd in a row.
Ava Strickland made a splash no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run while striking out eight over eight innings pitched.
