Grain Valley put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They never let the Chrisman Bears get on the board and left with a 16-0 victory. Considering the Eagles have won 15 contests by more than six runs this season, another big win was nothing new.

Grain Valley has now won 18 of their last 19 games on the road. That's helped them to a 26-0 record this season. Chrisman (6-24) has now lost 16 in a row.

Looking ahead, Grain Valley will host Belton at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Eagles' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Pirates have averaged an impressive 9.3 runs per game this season. As for Chrisman, they are taking a road trip to square off against Kearney at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
