Volleyball Recap: Chattahoochee's Win Ends Five-Game Losing Streak on the Road

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Seckinger, Chattahoochee was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Southwestern Warriors.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-17.

Elise Martinez paced Chattahoochee's offense, picking up 11 kills. Martinez got some help from Isabella Podesta and her 11 assists. Kennadi Peterson and Gabby Ishmael kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with two aces apiece.

Chattahoochee's win ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 10-16. As for Southwestern, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-13.

Coming up, Chattahoochee will be taking part in a tournament against Upperman at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Southwestern, they will take on Washburn at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
