Softball Recap: Reservoir Takes Down Ranked Atholton

Reservoir faced Atholton in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Monday. Reservoir came out on top against Atholton by a score of 8-5. The 'Gators have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Raiders, too.

Reservoir pushed their record up to 4-2 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.8 runs on average over those games. As for Atholton, they now have a losing record of 2-3-1.
