Volleyball Recap: Ridge Community Has No Trouble Against Mulberry

Ridge Community made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Mulberry, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Bolts were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Panthers on Tuesday. The Bolts not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since March 3rd.

The victory didn't come easy: Mulberry scored at least 21 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 26-24, 25-23.

The win made it two in a row for Ridge Community and bumps their season record up to 7-8. As for Mulberry, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-4.

Looking ahead, Ridge Community will challenge Winter Haven at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Mulberry, they will face off against Bartow at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Panthers are facing the Yellow Jackets at the right time seeing as the Yellow Jackets are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
