Wabash dropped down to 7-6 on Monday, ending the team's three-game streak of wins. They came up short against the Rochester Zebras, falling 11-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Apaches of the 8-2 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in May of 2025.
Wabash saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Andi Conliff, who went 1-for-3 with one double.
As for Rochester, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 12-2. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.5 runs over those games.
On Rochester's side, not much got past Bria Rensberger, who gave up just two hits and racked up 19 Ks to keep Wabash off the board. Rensberger has been consistent: she hasn't given up more than two walks in six consecutive appearances.
On the hitting side, Aubrey Wilson was incredible, going 3-for-4 with three RBI, two doubles, and one run. That's the most doubles she has posted since back in May of 2025. The team also got some help courtesy of Aubrey Miller, who went 3-for-4 with one run and one RBI.
