Climax-Scotts won the last time they faced White Pigeon and things went their way on Friday too. The Panthers were the clear victors by a 10-4 margin over the Chiefs. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Panthers.

The team relied heavily on Logan Gilbert, who scored three runs and stole three bases while going 3-for-4. Another player making a difference was Gavin Eyre, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-3.

Climax-Scotts now has a winning record of 2-1. As for White Pigeon, they are on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Climax-Scotts and White Pigeon will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Panthers will face off against rival Colon at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, White Pigeon is set to challenge their familiar foe Marcellus at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
