Soccer Game Preview: Jenks vs. Stillwater

Jenks is on a three-game streak of home losses, and Stillwater a four-game streak of away losses. However, someone's due for a change in luck on Tuesday. The Jenks Trojans will be playing at home against the Stillwater Pioneers at 8:00 p.m. Jenks' last five matches have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

Having struggled with four defeats in a row, Jenks turned things around against Piedmont on Thursday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Wildcats a 1-0 shutout.

Meanwhile, it was close, but on Friday Stillwater sidestepped Grant for a 2-1 win.

The victory was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 2-6-3. As for Stillwater, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-7-2 record this season.

Jenks skirted past Stillwater 1-0 in their previous meeting back in May of 2023. Will the Trojans repeat their success, or do the Pioneers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
