Northwest waltzed into their match on Tuesday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They took down the North Platte Bulldogs 59-43. This was payback for the Vikings, who suffered a 56-50 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Despite the loss, North Platte still got an impressive performance from Easton Jones, who posted 12 points along with seven boards and five assists. Jones has been hot recently, having also posted two or more steals the last four times he's played. Carter Dishman was another key player, putting up four points.

Northwest is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.3 points per game. As for North Platte, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-13.
