After flying high against Storm Lake St. Mary last Tuesday, Alta-Aurelia came back down to earth. The Alta-Aurelia Warriors were just a bucket shy of victory on Friday and fell 59-58 to the South Central Calhoun Titans. The Warriors' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Alta-Aurelia's loss dropped their record down to 6-8. As for South Central Calhoun, their win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-8.
