Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Anna-Jonesboro). Everything went their way against the Cairo Pilots on Tuesday as the Anna-Jonesboro Wildcats made off with a 77-54 victory. The Wildcats haven't had any issues with the Pilots recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Anna-Jonesboro's victory bumped their record up to 11-15. As for Cairo, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last seven matches, which has put a noticeable dent in their 10-14 record this season.

Looking ahead, Anna-Jonesboro will square off against DuQuoin at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Anna-Jonesboro is facing DuQuoin at the right time seeing as DuQuoin is stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Cairo, they will take on Lovejoy at 5:05 p.m. on Friday.
