Softball Recap: Flint River Academy Wildcats vs. Southland Academy Raiders
Flint River Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 9-1 to the Southland Academy Raiders.
Flint River Academy saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Rhyan Banks, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.
Flint River Academy's loss dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Southland Academy, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 13-5 record this season.

Heritage will roll in looking for their 12th straight victory, something Flint River Academy surely won't give up without a fight. As for Southland Academy, they will stay at home for another game and welcome Westwood at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Southland Academy is facing Westwood at the right time seeing as Westwood is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
