There's no place like home for Westmoore, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Putnam City Pirates with a sharp 3-0 victory on Tuesday. The Jaguars have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Pirates, too.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Westmoore took every set by at least 15 points. The final score came out to 25-7, 25-6, 25-10.

Morgan Cross paced Westmoore's offense, picking up six kills. Cross got some help from Olivia Branum and her ten assists. Branum was also solid from the service line: she led the team with five aces.

Westmoore is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 25-9 record this season. As for Putnam City, their defeat was their 19th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-24.
