Basketball Recap: Hettinger/Scranton Takes a Loss

After flying high against New England last Thursday, Hettinger/Scranton came back down to earth. The Hettinger/Scranton Black Devils took a 45-35 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Trenton Tigers on Saturday. The Black Devils were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Tigers apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in February of 2024.

Hettinger/Scranton's defeat dropped their record down to 12-10. As for Trenton, their victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 16-7.

Coming up, Hettinger/Scranton will square off against Garrison at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Trenton, they will challenge Ray at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
