1A Conference 9 recap November 5, 2013
Tarboro extended the longest winning streak in 1A Conference 9 this week by beating Northampton County, 50-7. This was the team's fourth consecutive win.
Rocky Mount Prep fell to Riverside 80-6 last week, the largest margin of any game.
South Creek's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Brandon Battle threw for 71 and 1 touchdown and Jeremy Roberson had 51 yards receiving.
