Football Recap: Hazen Falls to Conway Christian in First Game of Season

Hazen unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They fell 24-20 to the Conway Christian Eagles on Friday. The Hornets have struggled against the Eagles recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Looking ahead, Hazen will hit the road for the first time this season to take on Des Arc at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Conway Christian, they will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Atkins at 7:00 p.m. on September 12.
