Monterey Trail found a leader in Odie Jefferson as the team took down Laguna Creek on Friday. Jefferson was excellent, rushing for 232 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 8.6 yards per carry. He's now once again averaging 100+ rushing yards (123.8) per game.

Jefferson and Monterey Trail will head out to face off against Sheldon at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Jefferson will face off against Rayshawn Cannaday, the Huskies' star rusher. Will the contest be decided in the trenches? We'll have our answer very soon.
