Recap: Williamsville Bullets vs. South County Vipers
The Williamsville Bullets won the last time they faced the South County Vipers, and things went their way on Saturday too. Williamsville came out on top against South County by a score of 54-43. The win made it back-to-back wins for Williamsville.
Carson Kohler was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 11 points and 14 rebounds. He is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as he's now pulled down nine or more in the last four games he's played. Brayden Saling was another key contributor, scoring 13 points.
Williamsville's win bumped their record up to 19-8. As for South County, their loss dropped their record down to 21-8.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Williamsville will challenge New Berlin at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully Williamsville focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up seven on Saturday. As for South County, they will head out on the road to square off against Lutheran at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully South County is not getting complacent considering they own a much higher rank in Illinois (they are ranked 206th, while Lutheran is ranked 521st).
