Basketball Recap: Abingdon Comes Up Short

Abingdon lost against Ridgeview on February 7th, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Abingdon Falcons fell just short of the Ridgeview Wolfpack by a score of 56-53.

Abingdon's defeat dropped their record down to 18-9. As for Ridgeview, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 14-5.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Abingdon will square off against Pulaski County at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Ridgeview, they will take on Marion at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Ridgeview's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last three matchups.
