Desert fell victim to Rosamond and their airtight defense on Thursday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Roadrunners. If Desert were looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to Rosamond when the teams met back in February, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Desert's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Rosamond, with the win, they broke their three-match losing streak and moved their record to 2-4-1.

Desert didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 15-3 loss against Lone Pine on the 13th. As for Rosamond, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next contest, an 8-2 defeat against Granite Hills on the 12th.
