Glen Burnie took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Friday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Chesapeake Bay Hawks. The Gophers not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since October 4, 2024 (when they won 3-0).

Looking ahead, Glen Burnie will take on North County at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The game will give the Gophers their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Chesapeake, they will look to defend their home court on Saturday against Southern at 8:00 a.m.
