Volleyball Recap: Calexico Mission Comes Up Short

Calexico Mission was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Calipatria Hornets, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Hornets this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 last Thursday.

Calexico Mission's loss dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Calipatria, the victory got them back to even at 8-8.

Coming up, Calexico Mission will be playing at home against West Shores at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. This will be the RoadRunners' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Calipatria, they will head out to square off against Central at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
