The match between them and the Big Sandy Pioneers didn't end well, with the Box Elder Bears falling 60-42. The defeat continues a trend for the Bears in their matchups with the Pioneers: they've now lost seven in a row.

Box Elder lost on Saturday despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Kise Seaton, who posted 13 points.

Box Elder's loss dropped their record down to 7-16. As for Big Sandy, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-6 record this season.
