Baseball Game Preview: Parry McCluer Yosemite Sam vs. Narrows Green Waves

Parry McCluer is 2-8 against Narrows since May of 2022 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Thursday. The Yosemite Sam will venture away from home to face off against the Green Waves at 5:00 p.m. Parry McCluer has given up an average of 13.5 runs per game this season, but Thursday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Parry McCluer fell victim to Liberty and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They lost 16-0 to the Minuteman.

Meanwhile, Narrows got the win against Eastern Montgomery on Thursday by a conclusive 12-3. Considering the Green Waves have won nine games by more than five runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

The win made it two in a row for Narrows and bumps their season record up to 11-4. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 4 runs in those games. As for Parry McCluer, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-9.

Parry McCluer suffered a grim 11-1 defeat to Narrows in their previous meeting last Tuesday. Can the Yosemite Sam avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
