Baseball Recap: Crestwood Takes a Loss

Crestwood was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They lost 18-3 to the Clarenceville Trojans. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Chargers of the 12-11 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

Crestwood's defeat dropped their record down to 6-16-1. As for Clarenceville, the victory snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 8-19 record.

Crestwood has already played their next contest, a 14-0 loss against Melvindale on the 28th. Hopefully Clarenceville paid attention to the Chargers' matchup: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Chargers at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
