Basketball Recap: Make It Four in a Row for Magnolia Science Academy

Magnolia Science Academy extended their winning streak to four games thanks to a huge performance from Burak Keskinturk. The Magnolia Science Academy Pirates took their contest on Wednesday with ease, bagging a 70-30 victory over the Bethel Baptist Warriors thanks in part to Keskinturk, who dropped a double-double on 17 points and ten rebounds. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 2.1 blocks per game.

Magnolia Science Academy has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-3 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.8 points per game. As for Bethel Baptist, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.

Coincidentally, Magnolia Science Academy and Bethel Baptist will both be playing Vista Meridian the next time they take the court. Magnolia Science Academy will host Vista Meridian at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, while Bethel Baptist will head out to face them on Tuesday.
