Volleyball Recap: Union County Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Union County lost against Coahulla Creek back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Panthers fell just short of the Colts by a score of 2-1. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Union County actually scored more points across those three sets (62-53), but sadly they still had to settle for second. The final score came out to 12-25, 26-24, 15-13.

When it comes to explaining why Union County lost, don't look at Samantha Combs. Despite the final result, she had ten digs and four aces.

Leading Coahulla Creek to victory were Natalie Snow and Reece Elliott. Snow had 11 digs and two aces, while Elliott had 14 assists.

Union County's defeat dropped their record down to 22-13. As for Coahulla Creek, they now have a winning record of 19-18.

Coming up, Union County will host Stephens County at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Coahulla Creek, they will square off against Darlington at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
