Basketball Recap: York Institute Takes a Loss

York Institute was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 14th straight defeat dating back to last season. They were outmatched by the Jackson County Blue Devils and fell 70-19. The game marked the Dragons' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

York Institute's loss dropped their record down to 0-13. As for Jackson County, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 13-2.

York Institute won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Community at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. Jackson County has already played their next game (against Smith County), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
