Crean Lutheran barely beat Tustin the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Saints put the hurt on the Tillers with a sharp 6-0 victory on Wednesday. The Saints have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Tillers, too.

The win snapped Crean Lutheran's losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 12-5 record. As for Tustin, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-12-1.

Looking ahead, Crean Lutheran is taking a road trip to challenge Pacifica at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Saints 3.1, the Mariners 3.7) so any runs scored will be well earned. As for Tustin, they will welcome Laguna Hills at 3:15 p.m. on Friday.
