Baseball Game Preview: Jacksboro Tigers vs. Holliday Eagles

For the second straight game, Jacksboro will face off against Holliday. The Tigers will be playing in front of their home fans against the Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Jacksboro's pitching crew has only allowed 2.4 runs per game this season, so Holliday's hitters will have their work cut out for them.

Jacksboro barely beat Holliday the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Tigers never let the Eagles get on the board and left with a 10-0 win on Tuesday. The result was nothing new for the Tigers, who have now won nine games by six runs or more so far this season.

The victory made it two in a row for Jacksboro and bumps their season record up to 19-3. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 3 runs in those games. As for Holliday, their defeat dropped their record down to 17-7.
