Volleyball Recap: Sibley East Takes a Loss

Sibley East was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 16th straight defeat. They fell 3-1 to the Minnesota Valley Lutheran Chargers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Chargers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-2 back in September.

Sibley East's loss dropped their record down to 1-16. As for Minnesota Valley Lutheran, the victory got them back to even at 8-8-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Sibley East will challenge rival Maple River at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Minnesota Valley Lutheran is set to square off against their familiar foe St. Clair at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
