Basketball Recap: Seminole Wins Going Away Against Palm Harbor University

Seminole won the last time they faced Palm Harbor University and things went their way on Friday too. The Seminole Warhawks put the hurt on the Palm Harbor University Hurricanes with a sharp 68-45 victory. Given the Warhawks' advantage in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings (they are ranked 207th, while the Hurricanes are ranked 547th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Palm Harbor University's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Grahm Pitcock, who went 5 of 10 on his way to 15 points, and Colin Rasmussen, who posted nine points.

The win got Seminole back to even at 6-6. As for Palm Harbor University, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-11.

Seminole has already played their next matchup, a 51-43 victory against Lake Weir on the 11th. As for Palm Harbor University, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 74-43 defeat against St. Petersburg on the 14th.
